For our development center we are looking for a Planning/Purchasing specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates, sends and tracks orders for materials, components and products, according to received requests/orders
• Plans and organizes the purchases of materials, supplies and products.
• Processes received purchase requests for materials, components, products, equipment and supplies.
• Communicate actively with suppliers and internal customers.
• Tracks all purchase requisitions and orders received from customers and suppliers.
• Organizes and coordinates delivery deadlines.
• Monitors the implementation of deliveries and organizes the receipt of the necessary goods on time.

• Processes orders (sales and purchases) in Dynamics 365 Business Central and provides feedback.
• Provides feedback to customers and suppliers by sending order confirmations (OC), email, in organized meetings, or upon request.
• Monitors the timely processing of orders and updates information regarding the progress of each order in the Order Platform (SP).
• Prepares reports and analyzes the execution of orders by supplier - number of deliveries, order fulfillment, complaints about materials delivered during the month, etc.
• Searches for new suppliers and negotiates various conditions with them (alternative parts, prices, terms, delivery method, payment method, etc.).

You are ideal candidate if you have:

• Professional qualification: Education in the field of engineering, production or logistics.
• Work and professional experience in the field of purchasing will be considered an advantage.
• Language qualification: Proficiency in English is mandatory, at least at a working level.
Additional requirements:
• Experience working with databases.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Very good command of MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP system will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in planning/delivery/purchasing/selling goods and products in the electronics field will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of production and types of raw materials, materials, as well as their application will be considered an advantage.
