Are you looking for a new challenge where you can put your sales experience and technical know-how to the test? Do you love interacting with people and understanding their needs? Then we are looking for you with residence in France.
  • Your main task as Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) will be to support our customers and inspire them with our drive solutions
  • Advising and supporting our customers on drive specifications and preparing quotations
  • Pursuing offers and conducting price negotiations is part of your varied area of responsibility
  • Your experienced hands-on mentality leads to the successful achievement of goals and brings you profitable contracts
  • Acquiring new customers and expanding our market position in your region
  • Identification of new market opportunities in cooperation with our colleagues in the technical back office
  • Presenting our drive solutions to customers and at trade fairs
  • Generating project inquiries and actively supporting projects
  • You will work closely with our technical office staff & application engineers
  • Independent implementation of sales targets
  • You report to the Head of Sales

Your experience and qualifications

  • Successfully completed technical studies in the field of mechanical / electrical engineering or drive technology or comparable qualification / training as an engineer, technician / master area sales manager or similar
  • Several years of experience in drive and control technology, ideally experience in field sales
  • Very good written and spoken French, as well as very good English skills are required
  • We also welcome knowledge of German, but this is not a requirement
  • A high degree of initiative and responsibility
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high level of customer and service orientation
  • A confident manner, strong negotiating skills and the ability to work in a team round off your profile
  • Willingness to travel, home office with residence in the sales area of France
  • Sales personality who can inspire our customers with passion in the field sales force
