Your Responsibilities

  • Your main responsibility as a Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) is to analyze our customers’ needs and provide them with support by offering solutions tailored to their requirements for motors (brushless motors, stepper motors, linear motors) and their drives
  • Advising and supporting our customers in selecting motor specifications and preparing quotes
  • Following up on quotes and conducting price negotiations are part of your diverse range of responsibilities
  • Your experienced and hands-on approach will help you achieve your goals and secure profitable contracts
  • Presenting our drive solutions to customers and at trade shows
  • Generating project inquiries and actively supporting projects
  • You will work closely with our in-house technical team and application engineers
  • Independently implementing sales targets
  • Acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, and expanding our position in the Italian market
  • Identifying new market opportunities in collaboration with our colleagues in the technical department
  • You will report to the Sales Manager

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • A successfully completed technical degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or drive technology, or a comparable qualification or training as an engineer, technician, or similar
  • Several years of experience in the field of motors and drives or drive technology is required
  • Ideally, experience in field sales
  • Very good written and spoken Italian, as well as good English skills (B2 level) are required
  • A high degree of initiative and responsibility
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a strong customer- and service-oriented mindset
  • A confident demeanor, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work well in a team round out your profile
  • The position involves business travel within your sales territory
  • A sales professional who can passionately inspire our customers in the field
